Bilingual Sales Representative

Rocky Brands is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of premium quality footwear and apparel marketed under a portfolio of well‑recognized brand names. Our brands have a rich history of representing high quality, comfortable, functional, and durable footwear. Our products are organized around six target markets: outdoor, work, duty, commercial military, military, and western. As part of our strategy of outfitting consumers from head‑to‑toe, we market complementary branded apparel and accessories that we believe leverage the strength and positioning of each of our brands.

• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals.
• Travel on‑site to business‑to‑business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users.
• Build friendly, professional relationships with on‑site contacts and customers while promoting our Custom Fit program.
• Overcome employee objections to the Custom Fit service model.
• Provide employees with safety footwear information and advice for product.
• Collaborate effectively with the Key Account Executives, RAM’s and Inside Sales Support team.
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints by communicating with the appropriate team members.

• The ability to travel 80% of the time and overnight.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but we are also open to those looking to start their career.
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to secure a rental car.
