Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) and help empower customers to express themselves through hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers through knowledge, training and passion.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to increase sales.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enrol customers in the Loyalty program and manage Loyalty program enrollment.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate the Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Manage a mix of scheduling options to suit your needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; beauty education a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about beauty.

• Long periods of standing, walking, and recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; may be exposed to irritant chemicals.
• Work around customers, sales associates, and other employees.
