We are hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am – 5 pm plus 1 Saturday 6 weeks
Pay: $19.65‑$31.41
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships (a plus).
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 – $31.41
Estimated Ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles.
This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plan.
Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
