Overview
Account Executive role with hybrid arrangement in Fort Worth, Texas. Remuneration: $75,000 USD + commissions.
Location:
Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on selling Offshore Accounting Services by partnering with accounting firms, primarily through marketing-generated leads with some outbound activity.
- Sell Offshore Accounting Services by partnering with accounting firms; enable growth of accounting firms by providing scalable global workforce solutions.
- Lead generation and sales execution through marketing-generated leads and outbound activity.
- Grow relationships with prospective clients and demonstrate rapport and a strong first impression of the company.
- Present TOA Global solutions and communicate value effectively to prospects.
- Provide urgent responses to client requests to reduce downtime in the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at conferences and events to generate Business Qualified Leads (BQLs) and create follow-up plans to transform BQLs into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the Sales CRM; ensure real-time reporting.
- Keep detailed notes of all client interactions to maintain an accurate client lifecycle.
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure clear direction for other departments in the client lifecycle.
- Leverage all departments and resources to drive sales; actively manage the prospect pipeline to close business.
- Track and report on progress toward performance targets and maintain accountability.
- 2-4+ years of sales experience, preferably in solutions-based selling or outsourcing.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with a proactive sales approach.
- Fast and efficient adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Customer-focused solutions with strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to proactively generate sales within prospective accounts.
- Pragmatic, urgent, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
