Spa Associate

Hand and Stone Dallas is looking for a Spa Sales Associate (SA) to serve as the first point of contact for guests and the last touch before they leave. The SA will manage appointment scheduling, drive membership sales, upsell services, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment. In the Manager’s absence, the SA may open or close the spa.

• Answer phones and book appointments.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, products, and upgrades.
• Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance.
• Project a positive, energetic attitude.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Hourly wage of $15.00 plus commissions on membership and product sales.
• Professional and safe work environment.
• Employee discounts on massage and facial services and products.

• Sales and/or customer experience a plus, but not required (training provided).
• Comfortable with point-of-sale software systems (training on Zenoti platform).
• Excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliability and punctuality.
