Position SummaryThe sales position generates and maintains sales funnels, referral pipelines, and other business relationships that generate business for JDR Restoration and Remodeling LV, LLC. This position requires incredibly detailed and constant communication while updating members through our customer database (Albiware), phone calls, texts, emails, and verbal communication.
Service AreaDallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Responsibilities· Utilize industry contacts to generate leads.
· Utilize CRM or other management software to follow the sales cycle and referral program through completely.
· Setup and attend networking events to represent JDR.
Scorecard MetricsConversion Rate (Documented leads that turn into signed jobs)
New contacts documented with record and call notes.
Tracked lead metrics.
ROI:
Revenue generated from the leads divided by marketing budget.
· Must have B2B Restoration experience
· Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Someone who is outgoing and asks probing questions.
· Critical thinker/ Problem Solver.
· Self-starter/ Autonomous.
· Very familiar with technology and applications
· Ability to thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment is important to this position.
· Ability to provide crew leaders and company management with timely and accurate information related to leads.
· Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to participate in related training.
· High School diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience in a service industry or construction.
· Software Knowledge
Required:
Must be great at G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications.
· All of the above required qualifications plus any or all of the following:
· Additional years of construction experience.
· Experience with Albiware (CRM) preferred.
· Existing contents referral pipeline or insurance referral pipeline highly preferred.
Schedule· 5 days between Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. Requires some events during off hours including morning and evening networking events.
Employment TypeFull-time. Base Salary + Commission.
