• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics
• Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team
• Creative and curious mindset with a competitive drive to grow revenue
• Willingness to travel as required within the Texas region
