RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly to clients
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and insurance plans tailored to client requirements
- Assist clients with completing applications and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted timely
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to provide service, support, and policy updates
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer‑focused with exceptional service skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks - Proficient with computers and sales software
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
- High ethical standards and integrity
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
