Part-time or Full-time; flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Join our Fort Worth bakery where every shift is about spreading joy.

• Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience
• Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration
• Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
• Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
• Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required

• Deliver daily joy through service and celebration
• Hands-on exposure to both retail guest interaction and event operations
• A brand culture centered on warmth, teamwork, and growth
