Compensation

• Hourly rate: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (minimum wage guaranteed)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
