Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by interfacing with existing guest base and following up on guest inquiries.;
Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service to their needs, offering samples, and recommending complementary products and/or services.;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations with guests to MAC and Ulta Beauty brand standards.;
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
