Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance: support sales results, manage expenses, oversee key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving). Focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent: comprehensive training, ongoing development. Mentor, foster supportive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, store changes. Input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs; improve store layout and efficiency.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience as Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, empower large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; influence, effective feedback, mentorship.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, loss prevention; strong follow-through skills.

Salary: Starting hourly range $22.05 – $30.30, equivalent approximately $54,956.54 – $75,518.51 annually.
