Position OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, help bring our brand to life and drive profitable sales growth across customer operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support store strategy execution, collaborate with the General Manager/ Assistant GM, and coach leads, experts and brand associates for a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
- Own the assigned area of responsibility.
- Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties.
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
- Represent the brand and stay informed on competition and market trends.
- Promote community involvement.
- Leverage omni‑channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met.
- 1‑3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team.
- Passionate about retail, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Results‑driven with metrics to meet business goals.
- Committed to lead and inspire through coaching & mentoring.
- Flexible to work a varied schedule including holidays, evenings, overnight and weekends.
- Proficient with retail technology systems.
- Capable of moving around sales floor, stockroom and office and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Willing to travel as required.
