Experiended Floral Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Floral Designer located in Fort Worth, TX. The Floral Designer will be responsible for creating unique floral arrangements, designing custom floral displays, and ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and expectations. Additional duties include maintaining fresh inventory, collaborating with customers to understand their preferences, and supporting sales efforts by promoting products and services.

The role also involves assisting with shop organization and ensuring a visually appealing work environment.

• Proficiency in Floral Design and creating unique Flower Arrangements
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Strong Creativity Skills to develop innovative and visually appealing designs
• Experience in Sales and ability to promote products and services effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well both independently and with a team
• Previous professional floral design experience is highly preferred
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed
