Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused In-Store Artist who will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store at our booth in Neiman Marcus, you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products, and storytelling.

• Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
• Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
• Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
• Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
• Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
• Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
• An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player
