Our Area Loss Prevention Managers ensure safe and secure stores through the objective identification of loss and risk opportunities. They plan and prioritize to provide an optimal customer experience across their portfolio of stores and build high‑performance teams that execute with excellence.
Responsibilities- Profit Maximization: Achieve area sales and profit goals; drive shrink reduction and protect company assets; detect, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activity; collaborate with business partners to solve problems and drive results.
- Operational Execution: Validate store execution of Loss Prevention programs and partner to resolve opportunities; support effective rollout of initiatives; develop and maintain knowledge of industry practices; serve as subject matter expert in company policies.
- Talent Optimization: Attract high‑quality talent; train, model, and coach store teams; champion a culture of integrity; promote initiatives and align team with vision.
- Customer
Experience:
Ensure stores are safe and secure; build and develop partnerships with internal and external customers; support internal customer needs with urgency; protect and prioritize an in‑stock, priced‑right shopping experience.
- Drive for Results: Use data to set priorities, translate goals into action plans, push for results, eliminate roadblocks, manage communications.
- Building High‑Performance Teams: Support talent attraction and retention; train, coach, and provide feedback; develop team for growth.
- Customer Focus: Act with customers in mind; teach how execution affects experience; maintain relationships with respect; meet expectations.
- Managing Vision and

Share company vision, inspire units, think forward. - Interpersonal Savvy: Relate to all kinds of people; build constructive relationships; build appropriate rapport.
- Planning and Priority Setting: Zero in on critical items; spend time wisely; set objectives and translate into concrete steps.
- Experience: Minimum five years in Loss Prevention and multi‑unit leadership.
- Education: Bachelors/Associates preferred or high school graduate/Equivalent;
Wicklander‑Zulawski interviewing certification preferred.
- Ability to communicate with customers and associates.
- Requires travel over a large geographical area and standing/moving for an entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as necessary.
- Regular travel and attendance required.
The anticipated salary range is $82,500 – $111,300 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
We offer comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, car allowance, 401(k) plan, paid time off up to 184 hours per year (including 64 hours of floating holidays and up to 80 hours of sick time unless otherwise required by law), and two company paid holidays.
