• Lead the store team, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, focusing on customer experience and sales performance.
• Set and exceed individual and store sales goals while building genuine connections with customers.
• Coach and inspire the team, providing real‑time feedback, guidance, and accountability for KPI achievement.
• Organize recruiting, onboarding, and talent development activities to build strong, high‑performing teams.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and enforce company policy.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and brand standards.
• Represent Pandora’s brand and culture, embodying our values of care, enthusiasm, and creativity.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by senior management.

• Minimum 3–5 years of store management experience in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a results‑oriented, customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a talent for inspiring and motivating others.
• Analytical business acumen, capable of using data to drive decisions and achieve targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
