$13.00 to $19.00 per hour

- VACATION:

Seeking an Assistant Store Manager with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly wages plus commissions and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities- Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff.
- Recruit top talent.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards.
- Monitor loan and buying processes.
- Perform self-development tasks.
- Communicate store goals and standards.
- Act as manager on duty in absence of the Store Manager.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work location and schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
