• Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality on short‑ and long‑term business initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing, diverse team, fostering an inclusive and energetic work environment.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, creating memorable experiences for all visitors.

• 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong background in retail sales and merchandising.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Positive, energetic attitude that inspires the team.

• Ready to stand, walk, and handle merchandise throughout the day.
• Occasional reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds.
