The Food Services Lead supports the daily operations of the Food Services department by providing leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to staff. This working lead role ensures efficient, high-quality service in patient room service, retail food court/cafeteria operations, and/or restaurant-style dining, depending on departmental assignment. The Food Services Lead is responsible for maintaining service excellence, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:
2 years of food service experience in the healthcare, institutional, or restaurant setting - Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification:
City of Ft. Worth Food Handler’s Card
