This position is located at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for hiring, scheduling, and all employment matters.

Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety and profitability, communicate with the next Shift Manager, and help departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
