Chartwells Higher Ed seeks a dynamic, growth‑minded DIRECTOR DINING SERVICES to oversee campus dining operations. The role requires daily leadership of food service operations, team management, client relationship building, profitability stewardship, and talent development.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create nutritious, high‑quality food for students.
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as liaison between Chartwells, school administration, staff, students, and the community.

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of food service management experience.
• College/university dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
