This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Fort Worth, TX. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting property showings, preparing property listings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. Agents will also research market trends, provide strategic advice to clients, and ensure property transactions are seamless from start to finish.

• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in market research, property valuation, and sales strategy development
• Organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and platforms
• Proven ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Real estate license for the state of Texas required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
