Assistant Quality Measures Specialist

This is a full-time position for an Assistant Quality Measures Specialist. Responsibilities include conducting regular quality audits, assisting with quality assurance initiatives, monitoring and analyzing quality measures, and supporting the development of strategies to enhance facility performance. Communication and collaboration with staff to ensure compliance with quality control standards will also be key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively.
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and maintaining consistent compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures is essential for ensuring the delivery of high-standard services.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills are highly desirable.
• Must hold a valid nursing license.
• Must have a solid knowledge base of MDS. MDS experience preferred.
