Immediate opportunity for a trustworthy, experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our growing team! This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and healthcare compensation. We provide ongoing cleaning, maintenance and minor repair services to residential customers in North Dallas, Park Cities and Plano. - Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
- Perform on‑site pool maintenance and one‑time services
- Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
- Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
- Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
- Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
- Backwash filters, check pool equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
- Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green‑to‑cleans, other one‑time pool services
- Hard‑working with a positive attitude and initiative
- Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
- Some heavy lifting (could be 50+ lbs)
- Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Clean background check
- Minimum 1‑year previous professional experience in the pool industry. If you lack this experience level, we also hire entry‑level – please see our posts for pool cleaners with paid, on‑the‑job training provided.
- CPO and/or other industry certifications
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
