Senior Pool Technician

Immediate opportunity for a trustworthy, experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our growing team! This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and healthcare compensation. We provide ongoing cleaning, maintenance and minor repair services to residential customers in North Dallas, Park Cities and Plano. • Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
• Perform on‑site pool maintenance and one‑time services
• Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
• Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
• Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
• Backwash filters, check pool equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
• Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green‑to‑cleans, other one‑time pool services
• Hard‑working with a positive attitude and initiative
• Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
• Some heavy lifting (could be 50+ lbs)
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Clean background check

• CPO and/or other industry certifications

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
