We are looking for rock-star individuals to complement our team.

We are building a new clinic and will need technicians to help us grow!

We are a one-doctor, privately owned, general practice veterinary clinic that has served Crowley, Texas for over 15 years. We are moving to a new, state-of-the-art facility. We are a fast-paced, growing practice that values a kind, no-drama culture and continuous learning.

While experience is preferred, we may consider candidates without much experience.

Personal Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Genuinely enjoy working with animals and can handle stressed, ill, or in-pain patients
  • Maintain calm and efficiency during medical crises
  • Well-spoken with a mature approach to job duties
  • Teamwork experience and good communication skills
Physical Effort:

Requires lifting, carrying, and restraining animals (assistance provided for animals over 50 lbs). Extended walking and standing; frequent crouching.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to odors, noises, animal waste, blood, and vomit. Potential exposure to bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle stressful situations effectively
  • Perform physical exams, treatments, and administer medications as directed
  • Assist in diagnostic, medical, and surgical procedures
  • Triaging, physical exams, and medical histories
  • Laboratory tests, radiographs, IV catheter placement, and blood draws
  • Operate hospital equipment and monitor anesthesia
  • Communicate with clients about patient status
  • Fill prescriptions and document medications
  • Maintain cleanliness of hospital areas and cages
  • Assist with laundry and general maintenance
  • Update records and communicate patient status to staff
  • Handle pets confidently during stressful situations
  • Participate in on-call schedules and staff meetings
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Answer phones and perform reception duties as needed
  • Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries and exposures
  • Attend continuing education to develop skills
  • Support team and float to other departments as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
