The Retreat at Arlington Heights Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to join our team! You will spend your days in our vibrant boarding, grooming, and dog daycare facility, where every day is full of wagging tails, playful pups, and happy clients.
At The Retreat
, we’re passionate about providing top-notch care and comfort for pets while their families are away. As the first point of contact, you’ll help set the tone for a positive experience, ensuring every guest—two-legged and four-legged—feels right you’re a people-person with a love for animals and a knack for client care, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a Full-Time position, and availability is needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends.

- Compensation: $15-$18 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience required
- Previous veterinary experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Multitasking
- Computer skills
- Client service
- Conflict resolution
