Your RoleThis position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys autonomy, advanced diagnostics, and complex case workups, alongside colleagues who value collaboration and medical excellence.
Your daily mix may include- Internal medicine.
- Advanced diagnostics.
- Surgery (soft tissue, orthopedic, or supported skill expansion).
- Dentistry.

About YouWe are specifically seeking an experienced veterinarian who is:
- Confident and capable with small animal medicine and surgery.

- Looking for a long-term home in a stable, privately owned practice.
- Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with peers as needed.
We are not considering new graduates for this position.
About Our Team- 4 full-time DVMs.
- 35+ support team members.
- Excellent technician support and doctor-to-tech ratios.
- Dedicated spaces for dentistry, surgery, ICU, treatment, feline/canine wards, isolation, and recovery.

- Newly updated surgical suite.
- Dedicated dental suite with full dental radiography.
- CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and endoscopy.

Compensation & BenefitsYour experience will be rewarded with a competitive, comprehensive package:
- $95,000–$190,000+ depending on experience and production.
- 4-day work week + rotating 3-day weekends.
- No after-hours emergencies.
