We are specifically seeking an experienced veterinarian who is:

  • Confident and capable with small animal medicine and surgery.
  • A strong communicator who values collaboration and clear client education.
  • Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care.
  • Kind—to clients, patients, and teammates.
  • Looking for a long-term home in a stable, privately owned practice.
  • Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with peers as needed.

We are not considering new graduates for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $95,000–$190,000+ depending on experience and production.
  • 4-day work week + rotating 3-day weekends.
