Registered Nurse (RN) – Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Shift: Day Shift (

Hours:

6:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m.)

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (eligible RN’s with one or more years of experience)

Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.77 (dependent on candidate’s years of experience)

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Perform timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry
• Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders
• Instruct and counsel patients and families

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
