Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) work together to deliver compassionate home care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state in which you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
