Texas Oncology is looking for an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team th, TX. The role supports the Infusion Department as a full‑time position (Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:00 pm) with no weekend, call, or major holiday work.

The Infusion RN will deliver professional nursing care following national and company standards, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and contributing to excellent patient outcomes.

• Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate and promote continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices.
• Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching and other instructional material.
• Prepare and administer therapies under the direction and supervision of a physician.
• Administer all medications and blood products using correct dosage, route, time and technique.
• Ensure pre‑authorization and consent forms are obtained prior to administration of therapies where applicable.
• Facilitate dose modification by assessing patient labs, consulting protocols, and physician regarding dosage changes and symptom management.
• Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain central line catheter devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assigned patient care and treatments provided.
• Apply knowledge of reimbursement procedures and charge capture.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 0‑3 years of RN experience; entry, mid, or senior level considered.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
