Resident Care Manager

Overview

Trinity Terrace is actively seeking a Full-Time Resident Care Manager (RN) to join our team of nursing professionals! The Resident Care Manager (RCM) will work to ensure the delivery of person-centered, individualized and clinically competent care. You will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or Long-term care environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline and management of staff is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects of patient care.
• Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long term care and skilled nursing requirements.
