Pay: $15.00+ / hr DOE

• Champion PRS culture by living our Mission, Vision, and Core Values; actively participate in departmental training and create inviting, resident‑focused experiences while engaging with residents, guests, and co‑workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
• Operate vehicle wheelchair lifts safely and professionally; assist residents in and out of vehicles, load and unload walkers and wheelchairs, and maintain clean, well‑organized vehicle interiors.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance and safety checks on community vehicles, including inspecting for damage or malfunctions, maintaining emergency supplies, and completing required pre‑trip inspections.
• Provide transportation for resident appointments, errands, outings, and events according to established guidelines, responding calmly and knowledgeably to emergencies and performing other duties as assigned.
