RN Supervisor Surgical ICU – MEDICAL CITY DALLAS
Schedule:
Full‑Time Nights 7P-7A. Eligible for a $20k Sign‑on Bonus.
We are looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor Surgical ICU to lead the surgical ICU team at Medical City Dallas. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high‑quality нуқpatient‑centered care and coordinates all functions on the shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models a commitment to the organization’s mission and values.

- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient‑centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessmentーぷん of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and other managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Operationalize current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluationspho disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assist with staff scheduling. Manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support – required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support – required.
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1+ years applicable experience in an ICU/Critical Care Setting.
