LHH is partnering with a client in the Fort Worth, Texas area to hire a Marketing Manager for a full‑time, onsite role. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of marketing experience along with a background in the agriculture industry or a closely related field
. This position is a great fit for a creative, strategic marketer who thrives on elevating brand presence and strengthening audience engagement within the agricultural space. This role is fully onsite at the client’s Fort Worth office.
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X (Twitter) to expand brand visibility and foster community engagement.
Content DevelopmentProduce compelling, high‑quality content—such as graphics, videos, posts, and articles—tailored for digital channels and audiences within the agricultural sector.
Writing & MessagingCraft polished blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and additional marketing materials that reflect the brand voice and support broader marketing objectives.
Lead the creation and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Analytics & OptimizationMonitor performance metrics, evaluate digital marketing results, and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal teams, outside vendors, and key partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on marketing experience with strong social media and digital content expertise
- Background in the agriculture industry or a related field (e.g., western lifestyle, ranching, sports industries)
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proven success managing and executing marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
