Overview

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing experience and experience in the agriculture industry, or a closely related field, is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative marketing professional who is passionate about driving brand growth and engagement in the agricultural sector.

This is an onsite opportunity at our client’s office in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:
    Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X (Twitter) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Content Creation:
    Create compelling content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, tailored for various digital channels and audiences within the agriculture sector.
  • Writing:
    Produce high-quality written materials including blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral that align with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support marketing goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on social media and digital content creation.
  • Proven experience working in agriculture or a similar industry (e.g. western, ranching, sports, etc.).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
