Our client based in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a talented and strategic Communications Specialist to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a communications professional with a strong background in both internal and external messaging, campaign development, and strategic storytelling.

Position Overview

The Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This individual will be responsible for crafting clear, engaging content that supports internal alignment and enhances the company’s external presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, intranet, press releases, social media, and executive messaging.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Lead the planning and execution of communication campaigns that support organizational initiatives.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
• Serve as a communications advisor to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in internal and external communications.
• Strong samples of corporate writing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic communication plans and campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
