Production Manager - 4-day weekend every other week!

Flexcraft is opening a new manufacturing facility and is seeking a Production Manager to help launch and lead high‑performance operations.

Shift: 12‑Hour Nights (2‑3‑2 Rotating Schedule)

This position follows a repeating 2‑3‑2 pattern:

What You'll Do

* Lead production teams in a 24‑hour manufacturing environment

* Drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations

* Serve as a technical leader for blow molding and injection molding processes

* Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and improve throughput

* Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement

What You Bring

* 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

* Strong technical expertise in blow molding and/or injection molding

* Experience leading teams in high‑volume production environments

* Hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style
