Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Welder at our Ft. Worth, TX location. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations, reading and interpreting blueprints, operating and maintaining welding equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves inspecting welds for quality and making necessary adjustments, as well as collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will ensure precision and efficiency in all aspects of the work.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
  • Experience in operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and standards in welding and industrial environments
  • Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail for inspecting quality and ensuring precision in work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or manufacturing/industrial setting is a plus
