Fabrication Supervisor

Transform the everyday with us We are looking for aFabrication Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. Shift: 1st shift You’ll make a difference by:

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
• Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
• Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• The pay range for this position is $73,500.00 - $. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
