Job Overview - Plant Manager - 34110

Excellent opportunity for a leader with plant management experience. This role is with a long standing manufacturing business that is growing and is a leader in its industry globally.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for planning, managing, and directing all manufacturing, plant engineering, customer service, and materials management functions at the high-volume automation plant

* Accountable for meeting plant, division, and corporate goals and objectives in alignment with established policies and procedures

* Ensure safe and efficient operations across all functional areas

* Satisfy customer requirements while maintaining profitability

* Automate system optimization by overseeing continuous improvement including robotics to enhance production and efficiencies

* Lead cross-functional teams in a high-volume automation system that align with production goals

* Drive operation efficiencies by minimizing downtime and streamline processes where needed

* Provide leadership to plan, schedule and organize all staff manufacturing

* Accountable for profitability of the the plant

* Maintain good safety standards for the plant

Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in plant operations including materials management

* 3+ years of plant management over operations of a plant

* Experience in a high volume automated plant is preferred

* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Management

* MBA is preferred, Six Sigma or Lean Process experience preferred
