Allen Distribution is looking for a dependable and experienced Slip Sheet Forklift Operator who is committed to operational excellence, safety standards, and contributing to a high-performing warehouse team.

Position Overview The Slip Sheet Forklift Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving product using a forklift equipped with a push-pull (slip sheet) attachment. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a forklift with slip sheet (push-pull) attachment safely and efficiently

* Load and unload trailers using slip sheet method

* Stage and move product within the warehouse

* Perform daily equipment inspections

* Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking

* Follow OSHA and company safety policies at all times

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

* Proven experience operating a slip sheet (push-pull) forklift attachment

* Minimum 1-2 years of forklift experience preferred

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM)

* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
