Responsibilities- Being the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly assembly workforce, management, engineering, quality control, purchasing and planning.
- Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around production line while driving efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.
- Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
- Maintain working relationships with local union by following the collective bargaining agreement.
- Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connecting tools.
- 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisor role.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Project Management experience; strong leadership and time management skills, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

- The pay range for this position is $60,340.00 - $. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
