Machine Operator – 2nd Shift – Fort Worth, TX – $21/hr
We’re hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑hire position on 2nd shift offering competitive pay with shift differential.
Pay andSchedule:
- $19.00 base pay plus $2.00 shift differential
- $21.00 per hour total
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Must be flexible, shift end times are not always a hard stop
- Occasional overtime required
- Temp‑to‑hire
- Understand and monitor programmed chemical pours for consistency
- Perform density checks and hardness testing
- Conduct machine calibration
- Complete all required quality checks
- Understand chemical makeup related to tongue and groove and panel processing
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Strong tape measure skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong quality‑control awareness
- Comfortable working with calibrated equipment
