We’re hiring a Roll Forming Operator for a manufacturing company in Fort Worth. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑hire opportunity on 2nd shift.
Pay and Schedule- $19.00 base pay plus $2.00 shift differential
- $21.00 per hour total
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Must be flexible, shift end times are not always a hard stop
- Occasional overtime required
- Temp‑to‑hire
- Set up, program, and operate roll forming equipment
- Bend and form sheet metal according to specifications
- Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Use tape measure and basic hand tools throughout production
- Previous machinery experience preferred
- Strong tape measure skills to 1/16 inch scale
- Detail‑oriented with quality control experience
