Roll Forming Operator

We’re hiring a Roll Forming Operator for a manufacturing company in Fort Worth. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

• $19.00 base pay plus $2.00 shift differential
• $21.00 per hour total
• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Must be flexible, shift end times are not always a hard stop
• Occasional overtime required
• Temp‑to‑hire

• Set up, program, and operate roll forming equipment
• Bend and form sheet metal according to specifications
• Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Use tape measure and basic hand tools throughout production

• Previous machinery experience preferred
• Strong tape measure skills to 1/16 inch scale
• Detail‑oriented with quality control experience
