Production Supervisor; 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee overnight manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supervising employees, ensuring safety and quality standards, and meeting production schedules and cost targets.

• Supervise, train, and support production employees on the assigned shift
• Coordinate daily workflow and production schedules
• Monitor production lines and troubleshoot operational issues
• Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and inventory accuracy
• Communicate equipment issues to Maintenance and follow through on resolutions
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ensure all production paperwork and reports are completed accurately
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

• Manufacturing experience required
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
