Digital Print Operator
LSI Staffing is hiring for a Digital Print Operator in the Fort Worth area!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Print Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality signage, displays, and graphics that meet customer specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Operate large-format digital printers such as HP Latex, EFI, or Roland to produce signs and branding materials.
File Preparation: Prepare print files while ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and layout integrity.
Maintenance: Perform daily equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Collaboration: Work with graphics and fabrication teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Inventory Management: Manage inks, substrates, and materials to maintain inventory and minimize waste.
Quality Control: Inspect all printed materials for consistency with brand and client standards.
Production Support: Assist with lamination, cutting, mounting, and finishing as needed.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized print production area.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience operating large-format equipment in a sign or graphics environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital print workflows, color management, and substrate compatibility.
Software
Skills:
Proficiency with RIP software (Onyx/Caldera) and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective communication skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with signage materials (vinyl, acrylic, fabric) and wide-format finishing equipment.
- Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Pay Rate: $18+/hr based on experience
