Mechanical Engineering Technician
Location: Fort Worth Alliance, TX
Department: PME Department
Reports To: Tom Chao
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position SummaryResponsible for supporting engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble server/system units per SOP/WI (modules, screws, cables, mechanical parts).
- Install and remove PCBA while following ESD rules.
- Use torque tools, power drivers, and hand tools for accurate fastening.
- Support Pilot Run, NPI, and build activities.
- Assemble, maintain, label, and validate production fixtures.
- Manage fixture check-in/out and perform basic inspections to ensure readiness.
- Support production stationsहत as needed.
- Report mechanical/assembly issues and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Record production data or test results when required.
- High school diploma or above; technical majors Mechanical/Electronics/IE preferred.
- Experience in server/system assembly, PCBA handling, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
