With a focus on delivering reliable, high-speed satellite services to the aerospace industry, Gilat Stellar Blu enables seamless, scalable connectivity for commercial and business aviation.

We are seeking aProduction Site Manager to lead and optimize operations in a fast-paced avionics integration environment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning skills with hands‑on operational oversight, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and driving efficiency across the team.

• Oversee and guide two team leaders and their teams (approx. 12 employees).
• Develop and maintain integration schedules aligned with supply chain and customer demand.
• Forecast material availability and proactively mitigate risks.
• Communicate regularly with customers on status, projections, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and Part 21 standards for handling aircraft components.
• Support ERP system transition and cultural change initiatives.
• Act as a strategic planner while remaining capable of stepping into daily operations when needed.

• Proven experience in operations management within an aviation or avionics environment–must.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and Part 21 compliance –must.
• Strong background in supply chain processes and production scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to manage under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

This role operates in indoor settings, including office and warehouse/airplane hangar environments, requiring the use of standard office equipment and safety gear. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration may occur.
