Join our dynamic team as a Packer in a climate-controlled facility, where you will be responsible for packaging small items efficiently and accurately.

• Package cartons into case shippers for warehouse storage.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate reliability.
• Stand for extended periods while maintaining productivity.
• Focus on tasks with attention to detail.
• Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Quality Management System.

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of production and packing processes.
• Ability to pack orders, boxes, and perform labeling tasks.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in packing is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup company where many of the leads and supervisors have been promoted from within. Our supportive environment encourages growth, as demonstrated by a packer hired in 2022 who is now the Packing Lead.

The work environment is climate-controlled and set within a production/manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
